The wider team has also embraced the change, with email tests and training videos improving awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
In one instance, shortly after transitioning to the concierge team, Arctic Wolf detected a suspected incident and responded within 20 minutes, locking down the affected machine and contacting Skopos immediately.
