03 Careers

Want to join a growing business with real community commitment?

Our HQ, our home

In our 25 years of existence, we’ve changed buildings as we’ve grown, but we’ve never changed our home. We are proud to be a South Yorkshire based business working with clients across the UK. But we’ve never forgotten our roots, and we support a number of organisations across the region to do our part in helping our community succeed.

Millfest

2018 saw the first annual Millfest, a family fun day for all Millgate staff and their loved ones. With food stalls, games and inflatables, the day has since raised over £2000 for our charity partners.

Toy Drive

Millgate took part in Rother FM and Hallam FM’s Christmas Toy Appeals in 2018 and 2019 respectively.  Working with Rotherham Voluntary Action in 2019, Millgate staff and local residents were able to donate gifts for 1,400 children to wake up to on Christmas morning.

Food Bank

During Christmas 2019, members of the Millgate team took the time to volunteer at a local food bank run by South Yorkshire Street Angels. Kate and Karen assisted with the lunch service and saw first hand how our contributions are used while serving Christmas lunch with all the trimmings.

College Award

In 2019, Millgate sponsored the Engineering, Construction and Technology award at the Sheffield College Student Celebration Awards. Harrison Holmes was the winner, nominated for his positivity and for putting himself forward as a learner rep, helping to get everyone involved within his class.

Our chosen charities

We work with a number of fantastic organisations throughout the South Yorkshire region. Find out more about some of our charity partners and the work they do for our community.

Sheffield Children's Hospital

As one of only three dedicated children’s hospital trusts in the UK, Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust provides a vital service for families throughout South Yorkshire and beyond. First established in 1876, the hospital offers a full range of services for residents in the region in addition to specialised services for patients from across the UK.
